# FAQ

Common questions about the LONGRISE AI platform.

***

### Is LONGRISE AI safe?

LONGRISE AI maintains safeguards at two levels: security policy and AI engine operating structure.

**① AI Engine Retraining Structure** The Casino AI Engine continuously collects and learns from betting data provided by casino partners in Georgia, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines, and other partner hub countries, along with members' daily transaction activity. This ongoing multi-country data inflow supports the model's ability to readapt to market shifts, dealer changes, and rule changes. When recommendation accuracy falls below 68%, automatic retraining (Adaptive Retraining) is triggered, with recovery completed in an average of 4.2 hours. The model drift cycle has been extended from 3 months to up to 11 months.

**② How Funds Are Protected** Every day at UTC 00:00, the Casino AI Engine analyzes the prior day's performance and automatically sets the day's operating mode. If the reserve ratio is 75% or higher, distribution proceeds normally; below 75%, Circuit Breaker Level 1–2 activates and the platform shifts to conservative operation; below 50%, Level 3 emergency measures activate and distribution is temporarily suspended. Member fund pools are fully separated from operating funds (pool separation), so platform operating risk does not directly affect member assets.

**③ Technical Security Architecture** Member accounts are protected by three layers of authentication: 2FA, email verification, and a transaction password. All data in transit is protected with AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3, and CNYT token transactions are verified using Solana SPL-based multi-signature. 24/7 AI monitoring detects abnormal transactions in real time, and a quarterly external security audit (CertiK planned) provides third-party verification.

**④ Transparency** All transaction records are permanently stored on the Solana blockchain and cannot be altered by anyone. The platform's 99.97% uptime is a figure verified over 21 months since launch.

### Where can I trade the CNYT token?

CNYT can currently only be traded between members through the platform's internal P2P system. Designated liquidity partners buy, and all members may sell; a reference trading price is published in advance for each trading cycle.

### When are earnings paid out?

AI-generated earnings are automatically settled and reflected in member accounts daily at UTC 06:00. This time was chosen to account for the overlapping trading hours across major markets in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time and are processed in a single daily batch between UTC 00:00 and 02:00. Processing can take up to 26 hours from request to final arrival. The withdrawal fee is $0.5 (a fixed Solana network fee, based on Binance's fee schedule), and the minimum withdrawal is $10. Bonus USDT is withdrawn through the same process after converting to withdrawable balance.

### What happens if I terminate early?

LONGRISE AI's revenue model relies on the AI engine actively deploying member funds to generate trading revenue. Because withdrawing principal abruptly during the commitment period would disrupt the continuity of that strategy, principal withdrawal is generally not available during the commitment period. The Flexible plan is the exception — it has no commitment period and allows immediate termination with a 100% principal refund at any time.

Early termination fees for Basic through VIP (12-month commitment):

| Termination Timing | Fee              |
| ------------------ | ---------------- |
| Months 1–6         | 30% of principal |
| Months 7–9         | 20% of principal |
| Month 12           | 10% of principal |

CNYT unstaking is available after a 30-day unbonding period.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://doc.longrise.ai/vision/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
